Little Big Minds LLC (“Little Big Minds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and services (the “Service”).
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create a personalised storybook, you give us details about the child receiving the gift — their name, age, interests, and optional photo. You also give us your contact details (your name, email, and shipping address) so we can deliver the book and communicate with you about your order.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect basic technical information like your device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the site, so we can improve performance and fix problems.
How we use information
- To create your personalised storybook and deliver your order.
- To send you order updates, previews, and customer-service messages.
- To improve our service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To send marketing communications when you opt in.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Children’s privacy
The Service is purchased by adults — typically parents and grandparents — who provide details about the children they’re gifting to. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The child’s name and likeness are used solely to produce the storybook ordered by the adult purchaser.
Sharing
We share information only with trusted third parties who help us run the Service, such as payment processors, print fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, and email and analytics providers. They are bound by contract to use your information only for the services they provide to us.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may stop working.
Analytics and session replay
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site, generate heatmaps, and replay anonymised sessions so we can improve the experience. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your behaviour on our site and your device (such as device type, screen resolution, country, and pages visited). Form inputs and other sensitive content are masked by default.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know by email or a notice on the site.
