Welcome to Little Big Minds. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and products (the “Service”) provided by Little Big Minds LLC (“Little Big Minds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you’re ordering on behalf of a child, you confirm you have the right to provide the child’s name, photo, and other details.
Personalised products
Each storybook is custom-made for the child you tell us about. Once you approve your preview and we begin production, your order is non-cancellable because the book has already been printed for you.
Preview & approval
You’ll receive a free preview before you pay. You can request edits or decline; we won’t print until you approve.
Tears of Joy Guarantee
We stand by every book. If your child doesn’t light up when they receive their story, contact us at hello@littlebigminds.co and we’ll work with you to make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand off to the carrier.
Intellectual property
The Service, including all illustrations, story templates, audio, code, and design, is owned by Little Big Minds and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to enjoy your purchased storybook for your family’s private use. You may not resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit our work.
You retain ownership of any photos and personal details you provide, and grant us a limited licence to use them solely to produce, deliver, and support your order.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe on others’ rights, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Big Minds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Effective” date will reflect any updates. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
